Refund policy

It is of the utmost importance to me that you are completely happy with your purchase. 

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt, in the event of a problem, please contact me right away so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return merchandise in perfect condition for a refund within 14 business days of receipt for a full refund of the product purchase price. 

If an item needs to be returned, please repackage it in its original packing materials.

Items that are returned damaged due to customer error will not be refunded.

In the event you are returning an item because it was defective, or not the one that you ordered Mystical Heart Designs will pay the return shipping costs.
